“Dioni” is a private residences complex located in Kassandra, Halkidiki, between Chanioti and Paliouri. The complex spreads on an area of 9,000 sq.m that includes a private beach and two parking areas. It consists of ten independent villas of 220-240 sq.m. each, a private garden. The use of stone and roof tiles is a reference to the traditional architectural style of the area.
