The project is a private urban development of a settlement in the Kanistro area of Paliouri, Halkidiki. The settlement is located at a 130,000 sq.m. area and is part of a larger touristic development plan of the area that includes the Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort and the Marina.
The architectural study was realized in 2013 as a participation to the architectural competition held by Village Mare, the owner of the property.
